I'm here to help you recover from childbirth, ease discomfort, and get back to feeling flexible and strong. Through personalised, holistic fitness coaching, we'll work collaboratively to help you improve your mindset and nutrition—even with a busy lifestyle—while moving in a peaceful, private space. My focus is on making movement feel good again so you can move freely, feel more athletic, and live without limitations.

I joined Anika’s ‘small group post natal recovery program’ nervous to re-commence exercise after a complicated pregnancy and c-section. Anika’s compassion and knowledge re post partum recovery are second to none. Her nurturing approach has helped me recover, become strong and has allowed me to regain confidence in my body’s ability.

Anika is so knowledgeable and supportive. I had just had a baby when I found Anika’s post baby workout class. I started training with her at 5 weeks postpartum. I was able to bring my baby to the sessions and it didn’t matter that I would have to pause and feed him. I felt confident it was somewhere I could go with my baby as a new mum and also have supportive chats about being a new mum. Anika has been great at coaching me about my body changes and how to adapt exercises. I feel so much stronger mentally and physically since going to the sessions. Thank you Anika.

I can't recommend Anika enough! Her strength and conditioning classes have been a massive help to me in avoiding injury niggles (which used to plague me in my running).
The classes are really enjoyable and Anika really knows her stuff. She has empowered me to do workouts that I previously thought I would be too weak to do, or would be afraid to do in a gym. Definitely worth 5 stars!
