I can't recommend this small group PT enough! I started training with Anika when I was just two months postpartum, and she has completely transformed the way I feel about exercise.
Her knowledge of women's health and postpartum recovery is incredible, and every session is thoughtfully planned to help you build strength safely and confidently. She took away all the fear and uncertainty I had about returning to exercise and has given me back my confidence.
The small group sessions are so welcoming and supportive, with a lovely community feel and absolutely no judgement. I've become stronger both physically and mentally, and I actually look forward to working out again.
If you're looking for a coach who genuinely cares, understands women's bodies, and creates a positive, encouraging environment, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. - Jen Elsworth··from Google
Anika is amazing. I’m so glad I’ve had the opportunity to train with her. She personalises the sessions to everyone’s abilities and it’s in small enough groups that you feel that you’re getting enough attention, without it being as intimidating as a 121. She’s got incredible energy and her knowledge and commitment shines through every time. Can’t recommend her enough!

I loved Anika’s postpartum course! I started at 5 weeks postpartum and it felt so good to be back and moving my body again but in a considered and paced way. Anika was so knowledgeable and introduced movements and breath work that I wouldn’t have even considered or known was beneficial postpartum. I suffered with PGP during my pregnancy and postpartum however by the end of the 6 week course the improvement was evident and previous pain and twinges I had have completely gone now.
